"This agency makes you feel at home the moment you walk in the door I just bought a new truck and had my brother bring it to me from Utah. Needed to buy insurance and hadn't had any on any vehicle for a few months and they were able to see what kind of customer I had always been and quote me the best rate on the insurance and explain everything to me and what it all covers. "Everything about calling this office was smooth and supportive. I needed a solution and fast. I called at 10 mins before 5 on Thursday, and needed to leave town on Friday, insured! The names are new to me, but I can assure you all three contacts were top-notch in attentive communication and worked as a team! My long time insurance company suddenly increased my coverage from the 400 range to 2400 range through Safe Co......I was not expecting such a drastic hike and it overdrew my account which was ready for the normal payment.... the only marks on my record were others mistakes that I was assured were corrected. I had been happy-ish with Progressive as they covered me when the reporting officer failed to delegate to proper jurisdiction as he indicated after a cargo trailer ran us off the road and he let the impaired driver as indicated by the witness not just me among numerous witnesses (ya, not fun and adding more shock to the shock of surviving a close call)....however, I was switched to safe-co by an agency that represents many companies to save me $100 or so....yet not contacted over 2,000 increase....in all fairness, it's not easy for a local company to watch accidents not being reported correctly, it's very disheartening actually and puts agents advocating for you in a tough position when claims are a mess due to poor reporting and excuses that claim insurance companies are to fight it out when they can't properly debate without an accident report doing its part....or all out ignored incidents like mine seemingly not existing....yet the 911 call from the witness does!?!! Amber's office, every contact was caring and helpful. They assured me, their office would not work the way I had experienced in a tone of matter-of-fact confidence ....and insuring my car was even less than the best price my other agency originally secured as best pricing even prior to the 2,000 increase for a $360 policy. So, watch your statements....and know that reporting accidents and correctly matters! Insurance companies should not have to sort out the initial accident report or lack there of on a local level....and you absolutely need agents who care and understand the ripple effect these short-cuts cause to so many. Thank you State Farm, Amber and staff....I'm looking forward to the values your company promotes!"
